My mission is to support women over 35 to move better, get stronger, and feel confident in their bodies through 1:1 or group coaching that fits real life.

Hello, I’m Manisha, a qualified nutritionist and personal trainer with a simple, realistic approach to helping women feel strong, confident, and comfortable in their bodies.

For years, my work has focused on nutrition, behaviour change, and helping women move away from restriction, guilt, and confusion around food.

Over time, I realised that movement needed the same level of personal attention.
That’s why I now offer one‑to‑one personal training, alongside optional nutrition support, for women who want a joined‑up, sustainable approach to their health.

I empower women to reach their highest level of health and fitness using a holistic, supportive approach with simple, sustainable strategies.
My coaching focuses on three key areas:

This approach has helped hundreds of women improve issues such as:

My Introduction

Welcome to my website. My mission is to help you unlock your full potential in work and life by optimising your nutrition.
I am of Indian heritage, born in India, and have lived in the UK for most of my life. I’m married with twin girls, and like many women, my transition into menopause opened my eyes to how powerful targeted nutrition can be for overall health and wellbeing.
I’m passionate about health, movement, and nutrition, and I get genuine satisfaction from helping clients achieve their goals. My approach focuses on education and simple, smart eating strategies that empower you to enjoy a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.
You are unique, and you are treated as such. As a nutritionist, I don’t believe in a one‑size‑fits‑all approach. Together, we’ll find a strategy that fits your lifestyle — one you can maintain long term for the best possible results.
Although I’m based in the UK, I offer both in‑person and online consultations to clients around the world.
