My mission is to support women over 35 to move better, get stronger, and feel confident in their bodies with 1:1 or group coaching that fits real life.
Hello, I’m Manisha — a qualified nutritionist and personal trainer with a simple approach to helping women feel strong, confident, and comfortable in their bodies.
For years, my work has focused on nutrition, behaviour change, and helping women move away from restriction and confusion around food.
Over time, it became clear that training and movement needed the same level of
personal attention.
That’s why I now offer one-to-one personal training, alongside optional nutrition support, for women who want a more joined-up,
realistic approach to their health.
I empower women to attain the highest degree of health and fitness using a holistic approach to nutrition with easy sustainable strategies. I focus on three key areas:

My Introduction
Welcome to my website! It’s my mission to help you unleash your full potential in work and life by optimising your nutrition. I am of Indian heritage, born in India, but have lived in the UK for most of my life. I am married with twin girls aged 11. My transition to menopause led me to the nutrition path. I discovered how powerful targeted nutrition has to your overall health and well-being.
I am passionate about health, and nutrition. I get great satisfaction from helping clients to achieve their goals. I provide education and smart eating strategies that empower you to enjoy a healthy, sustainable, and successful lifestyle.
You are unique and you are treated as such. As a nutritionist, I do not have a one size fits all approach. It’s important that we find a strategy that suits your lifestyle. One which you can adhere long term to give you the best possible results.
Whilst I am based in the UK, I offer both personal and online consultations across the world.
