I’m Manisha — a Level 3 Personal Trainer and qualified nutrition coach based in Northampton. After 25 years working in the pharmaceutical industry, I retrained to help women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies.
I started strength training later in life myself, and at 50 years old I completely changed my body composition. I know exactly what it feels like to begin again, to feel unsure, and to wonder if it’s “too late.” It isn’t — and I’m living proof.
